How We Bill
We bill monthly for workouts attended in the previous month, based on an monthly attendance sheet kept by the coaches. For example, if you attend workouts in July, you will receive a bill in August for your July workouts.
We’re not like other athletic clubs. We do not charge workouts fees in advance. If you take a month off, you don't need to notify us. You will not be charged if you don’t attend any workouts in a calendar month. You will only be charged if you attend one or more workout per month.
Billing is conducted via email, so be sure to alert us if your email address changes. If you pay by credit/debit card, you will have a week from the email to question the bill before your card is charged.
Take a moment to review your bill. It will appear as a statement attached to the email. The statement will show charges for workouts and payments received from the first of the previous month up to the date of the statement (e.g., June 1 to July 10). Your statement may also contain other charges, such as for annual dues or merchandise purchased from THB.
